How can risk analysis go beyond compliance and actually drive better decisions? In this webinar, Christopher Britton shares a practical take on integrated CSRA - one that connects strategy, uncertainty, and real-world impact.

Too often, risk analysis is treated as a tick-box exercise - overly technical, disconnected from decision-making, and inaccessible to the wider project team. This webinar is a call to arms for project professionals to rethink how we build, communicate, and apply CSRA.

Join Christopher Britton as he explores how to unlock strategic insights through scenario planning, how to communicate risk, uncertainty, and confidence levels in a way that resonates with leadership, and how to implement integrated CSRA models that are practical, participatory, and truly decision-focused.

Whether you're fluent in probabilistic jargon or just beginning to explore CSRA, this session will offer inspiration and practical advice to make risk analysis a meaningful part of project delivery.
