Since the early 2000s, Kjetil has been working in planning within offshore, medicine, construction, rehabilitation, transportation, and events of various sizes and scopes. Some of the work he has focused on involves correcting projects that have gone off track and getting them back on course. He has extensive and comprehensive experience in practical risk management concerning progress and execution.
Santosh Bhat

Santosh Bhat has over 25 years of expertise in planning and scheduling for significant infrastructure and construction projects, Santosh Bhat is an AACE Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) now operating as independent consultant, supporting contractors, consultants, and client agencies with project planning, scheduling and related services, with a special focus on Schedule Risk Analysis.
Based in Sydney, Australia, as well as representing Safran Risk in the Asia/Pacific region, Santosh is also the Co-Founder/CEO of Australasian Project Planning and Turbo-Chart, and is passionate about improving the role of planning and scheduling throughout industry.
Magnus Nyhammer
Compliance Team Leader, UiS Aerospace
Magnus is a final-year Master's student in Industrial Asset Management and Team Lead for the Compliance team at UiS Aerospace. He carries out risk analyses and is responsible for ensuring that UiS Aerospace's projects meet applicable regulatory requirements, and he serves as the organization's main point of contact with external partners such as Space Lab and Andøya Space.
At Forum Safran, he looks forward to showcasing the growth of the space industry, and to learning more himself about planning, risk, and project management from the people in the room.

Gøril has over 10 years of experience in planning and project management within the Oil & Gas sector in Norway and internationally.
She joined Safran as Product Manager for Safran Project, Planner and Viewer in 2020.

Fredrik joined the Safran Team in 2014, and has worked with the development of project risk analysis tools for over 10 years, including several years at Oracle.
Fredrik is genuinely happy when he gets positive feedback from customers on new features, as well as when he has time to play a tune on his guitar.

Kjetil joined Safran in August 2021 but has been enthusiastic about Safran’s products since his first planner job back in 2005. Since then, he has held various project control positions in different companies, mainly as a consultant.

Jostein has more than 30 years of experience in software development and programming. For the past seven years, he has worked at Safran Software Solutions as R&D Manager, focusing on research and development within the computer software industry. His background includes work in maritime technology, software project management, and quality assurance.
Jostein values practical solutions, collaboration, and delivering reliable software that meets user needs. With a long-standing interest in technology and continuous improvement, he brings both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his work.
Bogdan Alexandru Fratila
Product Specialist, Safran Software Solutions
Bogdan is a member of the Safran Support team, where he helps customers solve complex challenges and get the most from their solutions.
Alongside his role at Safran, he is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Assurance & Security Management (DASM) at Noroff, focusing on information security, governance, risk management, compliance, and digital assurance.
With more than ten years of teaching experience, he combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, practical, and engaging way.
Mark Turner
Product Development Lead, Safran Software Solutions
Mark Turner has been working in technology for over thirty years and specifically in the risk management arena for fifteen years. At Safran, Mark leads the product development of Safran Risk Manager.
He holds a Master's Degree in Risk Management and is a Certified Fellow of the Institute of Risk Managementt. Having worked for many years in project control in the defence sector, Mark recognised that risk management software did not fully cater for the day-to-day needs of project teams.
Mark founded Emsity Limited in 2018 with the aim of creating better risk management solutions for project teams, both in terms of the technology used and the processes employed.
Inger Narvestad
Managing Director, Safran Software Solutions
Inger Narvestad has spent most of her career working with projects, people, and businesses - for the past two decades, that's meant Safran. Having worked across nearly every part of the company, she's come to know Safran from many angles, with one constant: a passion for helping customers succeed.
She cares deeply about the projects customers work on and the people behind them - Safran's role is to make complex projects easier to manage, so teams can make better decisions and deliver on time and on budget.
A people person at heart, Inger believes good relationships and straightforward communication are what build a successful business. Since September 2026, she has led Safran Software Solutions as Managing Director.
